Building quality home at affordable price..

Real Estate Advisory: Plan, Design, Quantity and Quality Bills, Documentation and Title, Construction and Finishing We will take up consulting activities for individuals or organisations that elect to engage our professional services at any or all of the stages of property development i.e. from the planning, designing, construction, to the monitoring and controlling of properties owned by them. We will put together a team to ably ensure that value is indeed impacted on the overall process of each particular project.

Real Estate Marketing: Lands, Flats, Duplexes, Townhouses and Retail store units We will be dynamically involved in the sales and marketing of the different properties we develop, working in hand with our mortgage partners to ensure the smooth transition of properties from start of build to its final delivery to eventual off takers.

Property Development: Real Estate, Retail Stores, Infrastructure Development We intend to carry out a wide variety of projects ranging from the restoration and re-lease of existing properties to the acquiring of raw land and the eventual sale of developed properties to consumers. We will carry out the basic activities; acquire land, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to end.

Land bank: Acquisition of lands for future utilisation We are actively seeking out and acquiring raw lands in a number of areas to enable us effectively achieve our goal of providing 100,000 affordable homes in Nigeria within five years. We are open to the idea of partnering with land owners from various parts of the country in structured agreements aimed at significantly reducing our overall cost of building production and further generating the ability to make good on our promise of providing truly affordable homes.

Marketing and Sales

Selling Properties: CHC will work closely with developers, the government and PMIs to enable an optimal uptake of properties via a number of ways:
Direct Sales Team (DST): The Sales team will generate leads through referrals, own contacts, builder relationships, company advertisements, etc.
Mortgage Brokers: As agents between mortgage seekers and PMIs, brokers will originate loans at agreed fees for the PMIs.
Referrals: Prospects based on references from satisfied customers.
Developers: CHC will partner with real estate agents and developers who can serve as direct sources of marketing leads. CHC will finance real estate developers who will in turn source off takers.
Partnerships: CHC will partner with selected PMIs to utilize some of its branches and sell to its customers. These PMIs will also partner with Government housing-related initiatives such as the NHF To achieve its objectives, CHC intends to follow a dual approach to both initiate construction development opportunities itself, and finance existing opportunities.

CHC will need to establish mechanisms for the effective identification, selection and management of third party development schemes. This will include the definition of cost and pricing criteria, housing standards by type of housing unit and overarching quality standards to ensure a consistent delivery of high quality housing. Ensuring profitability in line with CHC criteria will also be required as part of the selection mechanism. The Strategic Core enabling function will be responsible for the development of these standards that will be leveraged by core process functions in the execution of the CHC mandate. CHC will partner with potential property development schemes that meet its affordable housing criteria – specification, price and location.
