Muhammadu Sanusi II

Introduction

The Muhammadu Sanusi II Royal Estate Kano Project is a development project currently being executed by Countrywide Housing Company Ltd (CHC) on behalf of Family Homes Fund Ltd (FHF), an SPV jointly set up by the Ministry of Finance and Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority. The MSII Royal Estate Kano is a gated residential community of 757 units of reasonably priced 3 bedroom bungalows, 2 bedroom block of flats and 3 bedroom block of flats aesthetically designed to provide all the requisite infrastructure: Tarred Road Network, Water and Electricity, Streetlights, 24 hour Security, Green/Recreational Areas, and Ancillary buildings. This project is designed by Countrywide Housing Company Ltd (CHC), a company with experience in the delivery of affordable housing projects in Nigeria to ensure that the requirements of our client (FHF) are delivered on time and according to specification. The project started on the 1st of June 2018 with a tenure of 18 months, the project is planned to be delivered completely by December 2019. The site is a hive of economic activity and has contributed directly and indirectly in the creation of over 6000 jobs for the workforce and people of Kano State.

The project is located in Darmanawa, Kano. The area is residential in nature being just about five minutes away from the popular Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital Kano (AKTH) and about ten minutes away from the Ado Bayero Shopping Mall (Shoprite) in Kano.
